My satisfaction comes from seeing my clients get what they want, whether that is building their business, spending more time with their families, getting the big promotion, or finding a new direction in life! I truly believe that if we pay attention to what is really important to us, if we filter out all the noise that surrounds us, we can create lives that are joyful and personally meaningful.
After more than two decades in a variety of management and sales positions with IBM, I was feeling less than satisfied. I realized that what I really wanted was work through which I could help individuals significantly improve the quality of their lives and work.
While researching a variety of career possibilities, I came upon coaching and knew immediately that this was where I belonged. So here I am!
I am told that my strengths include being easy to talk to, bringing clarity to issues, seeing possibilities, helping to overcome obstacles, adding humor, and formulating concrete next steps. I am very intuitive and share what I am sensing, both good and bad. If it rings true for you, great! If not, maybe it will stimulate new thought on your part.

I live in Dallas, TX in 1996 with my husband, Tim, and our two West Highland Terriers, Buster and Tina Turner Too (she has long legs and great moves!). In the summer we spend as much time in Montana as possible. There we hike, bike, and just enjoy the wide open spaces and the beautiful wildlife. I am an amateur photographer, skier and a world traveler.
