How I Work

My mission as an Executive Coach, is to help you create the results you desire.

Toward that end, I provide targeted Executive Business Coaching service within the framework of a 5 Step Process

Clients who hire me receive:

  • Pre-scheduled telephone coaching sessions. Frequency and duration vary depending upon service level. On-site, in-person coaching is available.
  • A Client Intake Package
  • A DISC Behavioral Style Assessment
  • The ability to contact me by telephone or email at any time for questions or support.

With the support of the thorough Client Intake Package and the DISC assessment, we quickly move into a tailored coaching program based on your particular needs and desires.

The 5 Step Process

The following is a guide on how we will proceed with your program.

  1. Inventory and Vision:
    We take inventory, identifying your goals and issues, both personal and professional. This is where you create your vision of your ideal, in as great a detail as you can imagine.
  2. Blockages:
    We identify the obstacles, external and internal, that have kept you from achieving your goals.
  3. Self Assessment:
    We review how effectively you use your time and how well you take care of yourself. These are key to ensuring that you have the energy and focus to do your best work. If necessary we identify and implement new systems and habits that will free your time and have you feeling great!
  4. Strategies:
    Next we identify strategies to help you reach your goals and turn your vision into reality.
  5. Implementation:
    Together we break the strategies into manageable steps, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary. I stay with you so you stay on target and motivated.

Responsiveness:

I am known for being an extremely responsive Executive Coach. I reply to emails and phone calls in less than 24 hours during the business week. I usually respond within a few hours, and check phone messages frequently Monday through Friday. You will also have my cell phone number for emergencies when I am out of the office or on weekends.

From day one the ball will be rolling. Within 24 hours of hiring me you will receive detailed instructions for completing the Client Intake Form and the DISC assessment. We will schedule your first appointment to take place within 7 days of your decision. Once you decide you are ready to take action, it happens quickly and seamlessly.

Flexibility:

Although we will set a standard day and time for our sessions, I understand that business and life are not predictable and there may be times when you will need to reschedule due to a meeting, travel or emergencies. For that reason I maintain flexibility in my schedule to allow for variations in yours. Since I am not a creature of habit, this suits me well.

Challenge, Compassion, and Comic Relief:

I have a reputation for being quick, compassionate and trustworthy. I am easy to work with, and easy to talk to (even my husband says so!). I am known for providing extra value at no additional charge and in areas where I have expertise I offer real-time solutions to real-time problems.

My clients appreciate my being straightforward and honest with them. Lastly, I believe we all work best when we’re having fun, so if things get too serious, I may throw in a little comic relief.

A Guarantee:

I ask for a three month commitment to the coaching process, because it is a process, not a quick fix!. However, if at any time during our work together, you are dissatisfied with the coaching, I will support you in choosing another Executive Life Coach. If at the end of our first 3 months together, you are extremely dissatisfied with the coaching, I will refund 50% of your investment.
